Shelba and boys,
I am so sorry to hear about Rayburn. The whole family is in my thoughts and prayers. Rayburn was a very good man and I thought a great deal of him and each member of the Thacker family. I am so sorry that I did not get to attend the funeral.

Shelba, you may not remember me but you both sat behind me at Indian Ridge. About 11yrs ago as I had only $7 to my name and was expect to buy something for a family get together I wonder if I should just put it all in the offering plate and I did. Rayburn came to me after the service and put something in my hand and told me not to look until I was in my car and that GOD had told him to give it to me. I was in awe when it was a Hundred dollar bill! There is no doubt where he is at this very moment and we will all see him again if we let God speak to us as he did Rayburn! God Bless and peace is yours. Robin Arnold

A fine gentleman who I was proud to call a friend. Always had a kind word for me when I saw him and we enjoyed cutting up together about racing. He'll be missed.
