Lois Ann (Ragle) Leach

Lois Ann (Ragle) Leach, 73, of Kingsport passed away on Friday (July 30, 2010) at Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was a warehouse manager at Mason Dixon Distributors for 13 years, and was with the business office of Anderson Ford for 10 years. She was also a lifelong member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church where she held numerous positions and especially enjoyed singing in the choir. Special mention to her friends to the Cardiac Rehab staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, and to her family physician to Dan Carroll.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Callie Sage Ragle and Twin brother, Elmer Leon Ragle.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James C. Leach, son, James Douglas Leach of Mississippi, daughter, Angela Karen Bellamy and her husband, Tony of Kingsport, grandsons, Caleb Thomas Bellamy, Austin James Bellamy, and Colton Samuel Bellamy, sisters, Willie Stiles of Newport, TN, Mable Davis of Kingsport, Reba Murrell and her husband, Jerry of Kingsport, Evelyn Maloy of Newport, TN, Alma Byington and her husband, Carlye of Nickelsville, VA, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are from 5 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church and anytime at the residense.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Mt. Carmel United Methosit Church with Rev. Harrison Bell officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday at Liberty Hill Cemetery. Everyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 A.M.

Pallbearers will be Mrs. Leach's nephews.

The family would like to thank Rhonda McGhee and the Doctors, Nurses, and staff of Holston Valley Medical Center.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church.

Oh Angie, I just read were your Mom passed away and I am so sorry to hear of it. I didn't know she had been sick but please accept my sympathy to you and your family.
