Brian Arrowood (General Mgr)
Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
Brian joined the staff of Johnson Funeral Home in 1986 as Manager and became an active member of the community working in all phases of the business and the community.

Dustin Dugger (Operations Mgr)
Dustin first joined Johnson Funeral Home in 2004. After which he went on to pursue funeral apprenticeship training before rejoining the firm in 2008. He is married to the former Katie Presnell of Elizabethton, and is a member of Calvary Church in Boones Creek, TN.

Carl Arnold (Funeral Assistant)
Carl joined the staff of Johnson Funeral Home in 1996 and is a great asset to our staff and the community.

Ronald Arnold (Funeral Assistant)
Ronald joined the Johnson Funeral Home staff after retiring from Holiston LLC in 2009. Ronald and his wife are members of McFerrin United Methodist Church where he is the choir director.

Bill Byrd (Funeral Assistant)
Bill has been employed by Johnson Funeral Home since 1995. Bill and his wife, Charlotte are members of First Baptist Church in Church Hill.

Shirley Coffey (Housekeeper)
Shirley has been a member of Johnson Funeral Home since 1984.

Patti Dugger (Secretary)
Patti has served families in the funeral service for over 20 years. She is the office manager and represents all of the families we serve. She majored in English at East Tennessee State University. Patti has three sons, and is a member of Calvary Church in Boones Creek, TN.

Randall Seaver (Funeral Assistant)
Randall lives in Church Hill where he is on the board of directors at the Kingsport Press Credit Union. "I look forward to serving the families of this area in their deepest time of need"

Freddie Short (Funeral Assistant)
Freddie joined the staff in 2002 and also serves as the Chief of Goshen Valley Volunteer Fire Department.
